Amanda is a Certified Yoga & Fitness instructor, Plant-Based protein expert, and promoter of all things that elevate your health and wellness. She will be your teacher, trainer, coach & hi-protein meal planner — all in one. She is also a Project Manager & Senior Analyst in Healthcare IT and is a licensed (but “retired”) Attorney.
Amanda knows stress – the professional, corporate, entrepreneurial and mom-preneurial kind. And more importantly, she knows how to manage it and how YOU can too.
